The one thing we must not forget in this scenario is that some men WANT to show their Boners !

Especially if they’re maybe more endowed than average. It’s a self-pleasing, show-off feeling for them, a challenge put out to do better or somebody to be attracted to it for indulgence.

But I often wonder if it’s not an personal inadequacy in their character that they want to replace?

I have at times participated in this self indulgence and the kick I got out of this was when I received “approval or longing, furtive looks” from people. It somehow boosted my ego!
