In my 74 yrs I’ve experienced virtually every relationship (sex or otherwise) imaginable. Both sexes.

I have vivid memories of sex with a person for a quickie or one night only that was mind-blowing and features in my mind when I masturbate. At least 3 times a week.

I’ve also outlived 2 marriages where sex & growing better with it, which asks for emotional bonding as well, was a daily part of my life.

To me, sex remains an action with the immense physical pleasure accompanying it and is a body feeling that is for the moment it happens and not tied to emotional bonds.
